In past, I’ve had the privilege of leading high-performing, diverse global engineering teams across USA, Israel, China and India. I led teams that built Data Protection Products, Cybersecurity and Resiliency Solutions, and SaaS offerings for the PowerProtect Data Manager portfolio- a next-generation data platform renowned for its industry-leading performance, efficiency, and scalability.

As an Intrapreneur, I’ve successfully incubated and launched these new products, driving customer adoption across physical, virtual, and multi-cloud environments. Collaborating with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Support organizations, I scaled these innovations to generate billions of dollars in revenue.

I led Scrum@Scale transformation, aligning teams with modern architectures to deliver high-velocity, rapid-iteration products. I am a strong advocate for embracing Generative AI to accelerate product development and redefine innovation cycles, enabling faster delivery and greater efficiency in building transformative solutions.

Beyond engineering, I’ve excelled in Business Development and Sales Enablement, driving 360-degree partnerships with Global System Integrators (SIs) and Service Providers (SPs). My leadership scaled revenue from <$25M to $300M+, leveraging sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with strategies.

In Global R&D Operations, I’ve spearheaded the growth of Global Competency Centers (GCCs) across India, China, and Egypt, expanding teams from fewer than 2,000 engineers to 7,000+ while establishing operational excellence.
