Prabhmeet founded an AI startup, Novamorph, that provides AI and Data strategy, empowering small and mid-sized businesses to grow revenue and improve workforce productivity by leveraging AI-driven solutions.

Prior to Novamorph, she held executive positions at various organizations, including Capital One and Northern Trust, where she provided strategy and technology guidance to build data and AI solutions. Prabhmeet has also launched a business analytics platform at startups like TrainSignal, which Plural Sight acquired. VA Small Business Supplier Diversity (VA SBSD) invited Prabhmeet to educate small businesses on leveraging AI adoption.

She has experience in data governance, risk management, AI product management, change management, and vendor management. Prabhmeet has an MBA in marketing from John Sperling School of Business and completed a two-year business analytics program at Harvard Business School. She is a member of the HBR Advisory Council and Certified Information Privacy Professional US (CIPP/US).
