Has over 15 years of work experience and expertise in the areas of Information Technology (in software testing and quality assurance), Herman has been involved in technical and joint technical committees responsible for development of ISO standards (mainly with ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 series) in software quality and software testing locally and internationally; conduct testing, evaluation and certification of software applications and organizations (TMMi). Herman was previously involved in a government agency project as the Senior Consultant and Lead for Test and Quality Assurance and now working for a local consultation company as Senior Test Manager, as well as TMMi Accredited Assessor. With Appfuxion, Herman leads team in delivering testing for one of the largest government IT procurement in the country, and consulting the largest co-operative bank in setting up the their centre of excellent and getting the first local bank to be TMMi certified.
