With 25 years of experience in software development, I have been a passionate advocate for business agility since the inception of the Agile Manifesto. As an Enterprise Agile Coach, I have been deeply involved in software development practices since 2000, with experience at Rational Software, IBM, Ericsson Silicon Valley, and CGI Corp.

Currently, I am the Director Consulting Expert for Engineering Enablement at CGI, where I partner with major organizations across healthcare, insurance, pharma, utilities, and retail. My work focuses on helping teams “shift far left,” driving innovation and efficiency in software delivery. As the business SME for CGI’s AI-enabled SimpliTest application, I lead initiatives to accelerate the adoption of Automated Acceptance Test-driven Development (A2TDD).

I am passionate about discussing how team-driven business outcomes can be achieved, with A2TDD being a key component in this journey.
